Research
As a former journalism student, I love exploring problems. Whether it is competitive analysis or interviewing, I want to make sure Iām experiencing everything as a user would.
Design Systems
A design system should be clear, simple, purposeful, and accessible - regardless of the medium. These are extremely tricky to nail down with so many emerging mediums and even harder to consistently use. I enjoy the challenge of negotiating styles and building processes to help speed designers and developers.
Strategy
It is easy to say you have a strategy, but unifying a team around the problem and a clear definition of success is not always easy. My strength is leading a team by unpacking problems to create alignment.
